Increases the time it takes for the MIRV to split.
If it hits the ground before splitting it explodes in your face. This is not caused by this mod, it's in the main game itself. It will not explode in your face if you are not touching the ground (jumping/falling) when the projectile hits the ground before splitting.
Install with NMM or unpack and place in Fallout 4/Data.
