Description:

This a black retexture of ONLY the new "Small Satchel" added in the last update of Eferas' excellent Wearable Postman Shoulder Bag or Backpack for both male and female.

There are plenty of black retextures for the postman's bag already, but none for the Small Satchel yet.

Original mod is found here and is REQUIRED - install it first, then overwrite with my mod!

Released with permission statements by Eferas that retextures don't need permission, and all credit to the original mod and the great job done by the original author on painstakingly making the alpha mask for the small satchel from the Surveyor's Outfit!

You NEED the original mod in order for this mod to DO anything!!! Overwrite the original mod with my edits.

---------------------
Q/A:
Q: Why did you edit the meshes and material files? Isn't that a redundant edit when simply replacing the texture would do the trick?
A: In case I ever got around to releasing the black edit as standalone. If the original ever mod gets CBBE Bodyslide support or anything that would interfere with this in the future or something, simply delete the meshes, material file, and rename the texture from "SmallSatchel_Black_d.DDS" to "SmallSatchel_d.DDS" and my retexture will now work with the base mod without any mesh or material edits.

Q: Will you make black retextures of the other bag(s)?
A: As I stated above, there are already plenty of black retextures of the postman's bag, so no - I don't plan to.

Q: What tools did you use to make the texture?
A: I spent like, less than 5 minutes using GIMP (and it's DDS plugin) to desaturate the textures and then fiddle with the brightness/contrast until I got them looking nice and "black".

Q: What tools did you use to edit the material files?
A: I used Gibbeds Fallout 4 Tools for that.

Q: What tools did you use to edit the meshes?
A: The alpha release of NifSkope.

Q: Do you plan to do retextures of the small satchel for any other colors?
A: Not unless I'm working on an outfit where black doesn't fit.

Q: How do I install mods?
A: There are many, MANY places to find that out soely on this site alone. I even have instructions listed on my other mods, I just didn't feel like copy+pasting them right now! n.nU
