Lore friendly restored Croup Manor. New Porch added to this one on the 3rd floor. Once you clean out the feral ghouls it makes a perfect wasteland mansion! Locking doors and safe storage!

This is a Lore Friendly restoration of Croup Manor. The ghoul infestation is much worse than vanilla so be prepared for a fight. The ghouls have prevented people from destroying the house. 

ITS TIME!!

Ok the CK has gone into open beta so we have been busy updating all the Rebuilds to fix known issues and fully fix some issues that were incomplete. Navmesh was the biggest culprit in the series by far, but it was NOT all that we addressed. With that in mind, for this release (and most likely from now on if it's useful) I will provide a Change Log on each mods page. Check it and if you know of an issue we missed send me a PM or post it in the comments and it will get included in the next release. Please take note that the "Real" glass in the windows got pushed to the next release since I am the slowest person on the planet with NifScope and did not want to have you guys wait another month for CK fixes since some of them were so pressing.

SPECIAL THANKS go to Loard Vader for the navmesh portion of the fix for the water spawning fix on this one. :)

NOTE: If you are updating from a previous version you will need to rename this version to the same name as the old one in order to NOT lose your stuff in the settlement containers. Any user built containers are safe. We needed to go ahead and get the names consistent to prepare for the next versions additions.


Announcement:
New member of the Rebuilt Team. robboten has joined us as the resident Mesh and Texture expert and the nice new doorway out to the new porch is his premier to modding. Do please welcome him and his work. He does things neither Lapdragon nor I can't even think about with image resources. He is busy working on some new parts for the kits we use on these Rebuilt mods to make the whole thing nicer. 


Some Details.
1. This uses only vanilla parts to restore the mansion. (Mostly still Vanilla, we now have 1 additional part in this one.)
2. The only thing added to the settlement vanilla is a new key *(2 copies) so you can unlock the outside doors after you take the settlement. The extra key is for a companion or settler to be able to open the locked outer doors if you want.
3. Lapdragon implemented his Container Fix in this esp so the Vanilla containers are safe storage.
4. I did NOTHING to the basement since any change there would change the Story behind the Mansion.
5. You can fast travel from inside the mansion. If you place the fast travel target inside the house in build mode you can fast travel into the mansion also.

IMPORTANT:
1. In order to have your Power Armor not reset go and get Buildable Power Armor Frames by Lapdragon. Read his description for instructions but basically it allows you to fix your Power Armor so that it wont reset to T45 if you leave it in a changed Cell. You MUST use this mod or one that does the same thing to prevent your Power Armor from reverting back to the T45 stuff. This is an Engine bug that we can only work around until Bethesda fixes it. It is triggered by changing a cells data, and in order to make the Mansion nice I had to make changes.

2. You need the following in your fallout 4 INI file to fix the sprint bug.

Now some pictures to show off. Thanks to  GenericFallout for the images and for some testing of the mod to make sure I didn't break anything.

If you forget to close a door it will be closed and locked when you return.

The only way to open the outer doors when locked is the key or by lock picking.

All the new doors are fully scrappable in workshop mode.
