since my mod was made a year ago with pexinspector and change the perk script, it seems there is a better way :
Wasteland Cannibals (VisualFX)
This Mod adds some Gore effects to the Cannibal Perk.
It changes the cannibal-perk scripts.

!!! IMPORTANT !!!
If you used vers. 1.1 open the console and type "player.sms 3059b" to remove the blood splatters.
Changelog:
1.1.1 : fixed an issue where blood splatters wont disappear (now it takes around 5 minutes)
1.1 : + Blood Splatters on the Player after eating (picture).
