Permissions and credits
Warning: Extremely huge wall of text, no tl;dr version available it is advised that you read it.

Reasons!!!
:
Ever fell like the Lifegiver Perk, while being used properly in the game, doesn't actually live up to it's TRUE potiential of giving your character the ability to actually bring things back to life (or reanimate them from parts of the dead)?

What if those things that you brought back to life could be either Headless Humans (BECAUSE REASONS!) or Creatures?  Now what if they were on your side, got along with all your settlers/animals/pets, and provided defense and sometimes more to your settlements?

You might have thought that I was messed up before, but I really prove it now... LET THE NECROMANCY BEGIN!

I bring to you my very first unique Settlement Defense mod and second full on crafting mod (8th mod total) "Playing God" (Creature Creation & Headless Settler Defense Systems)!

Mod Info!!!:
To build ANYTHING that is actually living (not the parts to make them) it will require Lifegiver at least 1, most are 2 and 3.  Now Lifegiver actually makes it possible to bring things back from the dead.

The first Headless Male Settler is dressed in a Grey Suit and appropriately named "Agnew".

Each Headless Settler wears different clothing, and is armed with different weapons.

Each of Headless Settler will add Happiness (along with defense) to your Settlement, and they also come with their own bed so you do not have to worry with building tons of beds if you make a lot.

I tried my best to balance all of this and it's requirements, the better stuff will be difficult to make but is well worth it.

Disclaimer!!!:
This is BY FAR my largest mod to date with a grand total of 50 different unique craftable Items/Creatures/Headless Settlers.

In order to to build any components of the Creatures or Headless Settlers, they are located at both the Chem Station and the Cooking Station usually under their own obvious categories.  Exceptions include but are not limited to:  the Drugged Water is under DRUGS at the Chem Station, and the Toxic Sugar Bombs are under UTILITY at the Cooking Station.

All of the Creatures and Headless Settlers have their very own category and Art Objects under the "Defense" Section right next to the "Traps".

All the Headless Settlers count for Settlers, Defense, and Beds when "created" your are on your own with the water and food (if they eat and drink).

All of the Creatures only count for Defense when "created".

****All of the Creatures and Headless Settlers in this mod can be stored, scrapped, or moved and placed (the only exception to this is the Headless Female Settler 8, she cannot be stored for I do not know what reason, but she can still be scrapped or moved).****

If a Creature or Headless Settler does not instantly appear, sometimes they can be slightly iffy at loading, just switch back and forth between some options and they should appear, or aim at the ground.

The Art work used for the Headless Settlers is the clothing they will be wearing once you make them, and the Deathclaw Art work shows all of their limbs being broken this of course is not the case when they are actually made.

If you cannot figure out how I got Headless Human Torso, Headful Human Torso, Human Skin, or Insect Wings from the parts that I listed then put on your "crazy cap" and think harder.

Some of the items that I now made craftable with this mod are already in the game and you can get them through normal means, but as seen through testing, they are extremely rare such as Bloodbug Meat, Deathclaw Hides, and Tongs.

****Actual Fallout 4 Humans and Creatures were DEFINITELY harmed, maimed, belugened, eviserated, and forced through a fine mesh screen in the making, testing, and use of this mod.****

**When placing the Molerats, Stingwings, or Bloodbugs aim toward the ground.  Sometimes Molerats will be placed underground already in tunneling mode.  The Stingwings and Bloodbugs will look like they are clipping into the ground when placed, but after you place them they will be hovering in the air like normal.**

**You can choose to talk to the Headless Settlers, but do not expect them to talk back to you or engauge in any conversation, they are Headless afterall.**

**The Headless Settlers tend to act mostly like turrets, as they mostly just stand in one place, moving very occasionally or when you push them.  Until they see a threat then they are extremely active and move everywhere trying to kill it.**

**The Stingwings and Bloodbugs tend to stay in one place as well, until a threat is sighted.  The other creatures will move around typically even when nothing is sighted.**

****Some additioanl Perks needed to make these Headless Settlers, and Creatures include but are not limited to:  Ghoulish, Grim Reaper's Sprint, Inspirational, SCIENCE!, and Chemist.  Some are intentially very difficult to make, like the Headless Settlers weilding Nuke Rifles, because of they defense they provide.****

*I still do not know everything, so please go easy on me if I do not know how to fix or understand an issue that randomly comes up.  I will happily try to help you figure out the problem though, just don't mark it as a bug if you can't get the content because the file does work.*

*****As long as you do not use this mod for monetary gain, feel free to use this mod however you please.*****

I have made seperate .esm files for those that just want to create creatures and another .esm file for those that just want to create headless settlers.  I will include them both for download along with the main file that has both, please use ONLY one of these .esm files at a time.

This mod might be incompatible with other mods that add categories to the Defense section of the Settlement building Workshop.

I am also currently working on more unique mods for this game using what the game has to offer only, but I am open to ideas or suggestions (PM me if you have any).  My workrate on these mods will be slowed down a bit thanks to Xenoblade Chronicles X.

Installation/Acquisition!!!:
Installation is very easy, as this is a 100% crafting mod, so I am not giving away the codes for anything.

Playing God: CC & HSD is large so it uses an .esm file.  This file will go into your Fallout4 -> Data folder.  If you have a desktop icon right click it and "Open File Location" then drop it into the Data folder.  If you just hit "Play" on Steam then go to Program Files -> Steam -> steamapps -> Common -> Fallout4 -> Data.

I guess various mod managers will automagically recognize the .esm and check it off.   I do not use one for FO4 and if you do not either then go here: Users -> (Your Computer Name) -> AppData -> Local -> Fallout4 -> plugins.txt.  Add the line without quotes "PlayingGod.esm" OR "PlayingGodCCOnly.esm" OR "PlayingGodHSDOnly.esm" depending on which one you downloaded under the Fallout4.esm in whichever load order you wish.

PlayingGod.esm is the main file and includes both Creature Creation Defense and Headless Settler Defense
PlayingGodCCOnly.esm is the Creature Creation only version
PlayingGodHSDOnly.esm is the Headless Settler Defense only version

Credits/Thank Yous!!!:
Thanks to Bethesda of course for the game.

Thanks to the makers of FO4Edit as well which is a great tool with a very minuscule learning curve also.

Thanks also to my tester krustyknuckles, who along with myself, went through extensive testing to ensure this was up to "NexusMod uploadable" standards.

Thanks to Futurama for "Agnew" (who is awesome).

This mod is brought to you from the extremely sick and twisted mind of myself, using FO4Edit, if you wish to use this mod or part of it in another mod please read the disclaimer section above, and give me some credit.

Thank you for your downloads, and a special thank you to the people that track my mods and have downloaded and endorsed most if not all of them.

****I always enjoy reading posts about how much anyone likes or loves my mods (please keep them up), but I do want to say that if you like or love a mod please endorse it.  This is not just limited to my mods, as I am sure it gives not only myself, but other modders further encouragement to keep making mods for the people of this great modding community.****

Enjoy your new dark powers of Necromancy!!
