Play as Mother Russia, the most badass villain from Kick-Ass 2.

Note: This Mother Russia is based on the one from the movie "Kick-Ass 2", not the comics.
Katarina Dombrovski, also known as Mother Russia. She is a bodybuilder, former KGB member, and was locked up in the Gulag... until she ate her cell mate. As an ex-KGB agent, she is an expert in both armed and unarmed combat and can use virtually anything as a deadly weapon.
My Starting S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Strength 8 - She is strong. Very strong.
Perception 3 - She is accurate. (If you don't want to use VATS or any of the Perception perks, put points into Charisma or Intelligence)
Endurance 8 - She can take a punch. Many punches.
Charisma 3 - She gets paid 50,000 a week, plus expenses.
Intelligence 3 - She knows when a shark is not dead but just hungry.
Agility 2 - She has a lot of stamina. (Action Points in VATS) (If you don't want to use VATS or any of the Agility perks, put points into Charisma or Intelligence)
Luck 1 - She doesn't need luck. She has skill.
Mother Russia is very OP. She'd probably have 10s on most of her stats. But within the 21 perk point limit, this is a good starting point.
Installation
Use NMM or any other mod manager.
Or if you want to install manually, extract the esp to your Data folder.
