This is a work in progress. Been in the lab for a week or 2 needs testing. It greatly lowers the action points cost associated with ALL original ranged weapon mods, so you can shoot a lot more times in the V.A.T.S, there are a couple minor bugs but id say its playable.

*Edit* i think i have found a way to implement this without editing weapons at all but it needs testing will update when i can.
Okay so what this mod does...
It makes all the action point costs that are acquired when applying many ranged weapon modifications and changes them so instead of increasing the AP cost they reduce it... :3 fun stuff right... Also any ranged weapon modifications that didn't have an AP cost increase have had an action point reduction added to them (i hope) and those that already had an AP reduction had it decreased further.
So simply put... the more stuff you stick on your shooter the more times you can blast it in V.A.T.S.
This also means it should be compatible with most of the V.A.T.S game setting overhaul mods (at least those ive used) but will be incompatible (unless patched) with anything that directly edits the original ranged weapon object modifications. Patching for standalone weapons and other weapon modification mods shouldn't be too difficult either, it only edits the AP cost :)
Bugs I've noticed:
For now once a weapon is well modded the little red blips that appear on your stamina bar when you select a target with V.A.T.S are messed up and don't really have an order and sometimes don't appear, or they are really squished to one end of it, etc. I don't think its really that distracting but its a bug I haven't resolved yet.
Aaand sometimes when you reload it takes you out of V.A.T.S but not always (this could be to do with things moving and the extended time in slowmo)
There might also be a limit to shots fired, but i rarely if ever encounter this limit (i normally don't seem to need more than 15-20) and when i have met this limit its always been a very different number.
I have no idea if this will break anything, my current save that has this mod is doing fine, if something starts going wrong and your sure its this mod causing it please let me know.
Things that might happen to this mod:
General bug fix Melee weapons could be added. A zero increase/decrease version to effect gameplay less. Maybe a bleed effect version.
