Have you ever noticed that the Vault Boy in the STATS section never blinked? Never moved? Well, this mod fixes that! It allows the head to be animated.
This was a test to see if it was possible to actually animate the head in the STATS section. Turns out, it totally is and is pretty easy to work with.
I recommend you download with Nexus Mod Manager, but if you want to know:
Installation (Manual):
Place the 'interface' folder into the 'Data' folder in your 'steamapps/common/Fallout4/'
