This is one piece of my larger mod which other modder's have already created but I don't see too many people that made a recipe for just circuitry. So i though you all might just want this piece and still use other mods, which I know are far better then mine. Now this is game "Circuitry" so it's based on how to make circuitry imo if you lived in the Wastland- sort of.
Use ChemStation and it does require Perks see pic please.
