About this mod

npc level now scale with player level in all location

In Fallout 4 enemy scaling limited by a minimum and maximum level for every location which then got determined when player visited said location for the first time (in other words, a location could be set to contain enemies of levels between 10 to 20. If player of level 5 entered the location, enemies would be at level 10. They would be level 12 for level 12 player and level 20 for level 30 player), they will not change exactly on each level, the level preset pattern that when you reach that level, they would appear roughly corresponding templates which form the most. In addition, they also have their own personal limits.

About this mod:

This mod do three things:
+ edit limit zone levels (Encounter Zones).
+ slightly increased level scale multiply (how much enemies can higher than you).
+ unlock enemies personal limit level (that means now they can scale infinity with player, all of them).

that's exactly what you're thinking, now they can, maybe some low level legendary npc can not, but the normal npc now can scale with you

Change log:
In alpha 2 version, limited of location has been removed, npc level may now rise a little higher but not higher than their personal limit.
I'm in the process of working to be able to remove their personal limits, and it needs to perform by hand, edit them one by one so it will take time to complete.

  • I had some success in remove npc personal level limits, raider now can have higher level, i will add more later, it takes a long time to edit them one by one.

OPTIONAL FILE DETAIL:
_xp scale 60% : decrease xp gain from kill to 60% of original (original-40%) 
_npc health regen : enemies now can slowly regenerate health over time (1hp/s for most, some will have higher rate from 2-10hp/s )

How to do a cell reset
Important Note: This will not effect the cell you are in. It's recommended to do a cell reset in an interior world.
 
<< Option 1 Using the Console >>
Go to the download section of this mod page, under MISCELLANEOUS you'll find Respawn Bat Files

Download them and extract them into your Fallout4 Folder, where your fallout4.exe is located.
It contains 3 bat files:
 
getRespawn.txt
actRespawn.txt
deactRespawn.txt
 
Load up fallout, open the console and type:
bat actRespawn
hit enter and go to sleep or wait on a chair(or something else. You can't wait while standing, you have to sit or sleep) for 24h .
open your console again and now type: bat deactRespawn
hit enter and all values will reset to vanilla and you are done! If you want to see your current cell reset values type: bat getRespawn 
 
<< Option 2 Using the Console >>
1. open console
2.type:
setgs iHoursToRespawncell 3
3. press enter and type now:
setgs iHoursToRespawncellCleared 3
4. press enter again
5. Wait at least 6 hours (Just to be safe.)
    5.1. You can wait, when you go to bed or sit on something(Chair etc.)
6. type: 
setgs iHoursToRespawncell 168
7. press enter and type now:
setgs iHoursToRespawncellCleared 480
8. done
 
If you are using a mod that changes the values of those two settings, you have to type in the values of the mod or restart the game (The mod will overwrite it for you after restart.)
