Adds a new weapon, does not replace any.

Weapon: Shocking Sniper Rifle MK I

Damage: 60 DMG + extra shock damage
Custom 45.EC rounds
Shock causes enemies to fall down.

The shocking machine gun mk i, uses custom electric 45 rounds to shock enemies.
Visual electricity can be seen when firing the gun and upon bullet impact.
Automatic and non automatic versions available.
Added a crate near vault 111 containing the weapon and ammo, check pic and video for more info.
Everything respawns in the crate after a period of time

Open Console Commands And Type In "help shocking 4" to search for the weapon then use the command "player.additem xxxxxx" to get it.
