I have tried out lots of reshade/enb presets and there are many to choose from. There was a certain atmosphere and feeling I was looking for and I couldn't quite put my finger on it. I decided that I might as well try it out for myself and see if I can't figure out what it was I was looking for. Then came Ruckus Reshade/Enb preset. This preset it VERY colorful and has HIGH contrast.

Now comes in a compilation file with the original version, a version with less intense AL, and a version with no added AL.

INSTALLATION:
Download the Reshade Frame work 1.1 from here
Extract the reshade folder, reshade.fx, and Reshade64.dll to your Fallout 4 folder (steam/steamapps/common/fallout4)
rename Reshade64.dll to dxgi.dll
Download Ruckus Reshade/ENB
Copy all files to your Fallout 4 folder (overwrite as prompted)
Download the lastest ENB Binary from here (I created this with version 0.291)
COPY ONLY THE D3D11.DLL AND d3dcompiler_46e.DLL into your fallout 4 directory.
ENJOY
I've also added a video by tapioks in the video section of this file that shows what tweaks you can make to your fallout4.ini (Fallout4Custom.ini) so that it behaves more nicely with the ENB DOF effect. Please check it out! Thanks again to tapioks!

This ENB adds a very picturesque atmosphere to the commonwealth. This preset aims to create an old camera style effect that is great for screenshots. This is a very high contrast, dynamic preset with subtle grain, vignette, and letterboxing effects. (Each of which can be toggled off with the included files.) I created this specifically with screenshots in mind but by all means use it for regular gameplay.
