About this mod

Mod creates a huge number of different settlers, followers and creatures.

Permissions and credits
Mod is based on AlexBTex's mod "Workshoping new settlers", which he removed from the site. Mod remakes with his permission and approval. Mod creates a huge number (800) of different types NPC: settlers, specialists, guards, followers and creatures (almost all types of creatures and not unique NPC from the game)

Manual:
  • Build a flagpole (workbenches submenu)
  • Click on it and create the desired units
  • Stand in the necessary place
  • Find units in the Pip Boy on miscellaneous tab
  • Drop it to the land
  • Settlers after save/load become ordinary settlers, and before you can move them, or store in a workbench. After save/load press R to attach settler to the settlement (in construction mode). Then use it as an ordinary settler. Caution with the settlers in the power armor, if you talk to him, he will come out of it.

Nuances:

  • You can create as many followers as you want.
  • You can pull the units anywhere, and use them in the desired time;
  • Followers run for you automatically;
  • To use or change follower's items and talk with him you need click on follower in console, and then type "setplayerteammate 1" or type "bat fw" (from mod assembly). Then you can use companion's menu.
  • To change follower's body or face you need click on follower in console, and then type "showlooksmenu [id]" (the [id] you will see when you click on follower)".
  • Settlers specialists immortal.
  • To rename followers you can use the mod

Version 1.2

Created three new types of followers. They are almost the same as usual companions.
1. Sniper. 10 different male faces and bodies. Sniper behavior. Perks: sniper, rifleman. Weapon: sniper plasma. Mortal.
2. Ninja. 10 different female  faces and bodies. Very fast and strong. Close combat, fight in the invisibility. Perks: ninja, iron fist, big leagues, sneak, mister sandman. Weapon: reaper, stealth boy. Mortal.
3. Harkonnen. 5 different male faces and bodies in 5 different power armors. Perks: heavy gunner, pain train. Weapon: minigun. Mortal.

  • Despite the specialization, you can use any follower as you want. Reequip him and change his appearance.
  • All types of followers now can use a power armors.
  • You can change parts of the follower's power armor directly in the trade dialog with him.
  • Followers now have human behavior.
  • Followers now have combat style.
  • To dismiss the follower, click R in construction mode and send him to live to the settlement. And then, you can order him to get out from power armor. (Way to reclaim a power armor). But once you let him go, you will not be able to get it back as a follower. He will live in the settlement, and guard it. But you will be able to change items with him.

Version 1.3
  • Added 40 different followers, with different faces/bodies and names.

How do followers immortal:

  • Type in console: "help ninja 4"
  • You will see a list of the NPC like: NPC_: (09900002) 'Ninja'
  • The first two digits is the ordinal number of this mod [md] (09 from step 2 for sample)
  • Now use the command to make followers immortal. Attention! Makes immortal all type, not a individual follower.
  • "setessential [md]000942 1" - Make all followers Sentry Bots immortal (Instead of [md] type 2 digits of mod number from step 3)
  • "setessential [md]900001 1" - Make all followers Snipers immortal
  • "setessential [md]900002 1" - Make all followers Ninjas immortal
  • "setessential [md]900003 1" - Make all followers Harkonnens immortal
  • To restore their mortality, enter: "setessential 09900001 0" (sample for Snipers and for 09 - mod number)
  • To version 1.3 do the same, but enter the name of a follower in step 1, and simply enter "setessential [code] 1" ([code] from step 1)





Installation:

  • Use NMM or unpack files to your Data folder and enable it in "plugins.txt".
