This gal started out as "just another random Vault Meat lookalike", but I pretty much failed in that. After quite a few hours of playtime and editing the face, I'm really happy with how she looks, and thought I'd share a save with everyone.
This is a save made using Face Ripper, from a new game, right before exiting the Vault, so you can change the SPECIAL,character name and looks.
Her name is Rose Duvall, voiced for Codsworth.

I have disabled all mods before making this save, but if you want your character to look exactly like in the screenshots, I strongly recommend using the following mods:
Valkyr Female Face and Body Textures (with the vanilla underwear optional) by Fuse00
Eye Normal Map Fix Fallout 4 Edition by Mr Dave
Wasteland Salon - Hair Texture Improvement Mod by Limo
Alternative Human Eyes (with the longer lashes optional) by TwistedMethod
deLuxe - Lip Liner Mask by Cilbas
Immersive Mouth and Teeth by ClearanceClarence
I also use a modified Alone 0.5 Reshade by archidan85 with DoF/McFX settings from Photorealistic Wasteland FX (State of Bright) by Giggaz-Bijou.
Installation
-----------------------
Extract the save file to your Fallout 4 Saves folder. (Default path: C:\Users\"User Name"\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves )
- OR -
You can use Face Ripper by xatmos to transfer the face to an existing save.
- Open Face Ripper
- Browse for your source save (Wasteland Rose.fos)
- Browse for your target save (the one you want to change)
- Click the "Transfer Face" button
- You can load your save and play!
- The makeup/textures might not be transferred completely, in this case just open the looks menu (type slm player in the console), move your cursor over the neck, enter the skin menu, move the selection to a new color, back out without accepting any changes, exit the looks menu and save your game.
