Edits the little yellow cigarette box textures that look just like a holotape.

This is a simple texture edit that desaturates that pesky little bright carton by 75%.
I found five texture files with this nuisance in them.

Mod edits the "GroundTrash01_d.dds" in Architecture\Buildings,
"DecalDebrise04_d.dds", "DecalDebrise05_d.dds", "ExtRubblePlain01_d.dds", and "rubtrashpiles02_d.dds" in SetDressing\Rubble.
