DESCRIPTIONS
You can enter in bullet time only in combat, just aim your gun.
TIME SLOW
the time will slow for a limited amount of seconds when you aim your gun,
giving you a better control over your aim and in your fight.
Bullet time consumes AP, so you'll need to use it wisely .
you cannot enter Bullet Time if your stamina is low.
As it's directly connected to your AP so you'll need to invest in your perks wisely in order to better benefit from this feature.
HOSTILE MARK
Bullet time will mark hostiles making them easier to spot.
especially useful in crowded fights, crowded areas, and at night.
PREREQUISITE
To be able to inter in Bullet time you need a special item called "bullet time patch".
you can craft it under utility at the cooking bench.
this patch should be always activated in your inventory in order to be able to enter in bullet time.
The patch doesn't occupy any slot.
POINT ZERO
Bullet Time will begin damaging your health at zero AP
unless you have a Perception value of 9 or higher.
POWER ARMOR USE
There's 2 types of "bullet time patch" that can be crafted
at the cooking bench. one for the normal use and one
that can be used also while in power armor.

INSTALL/UNINSTALL :
Use NMM or download, unpack and copy the esp file into your FO4 DATA folder, then activate it within the launcher.
To uninstall, just delete it.
