Water purifiers and pumps can not be destroyed.
Was tired of my turrets destroying my water purifiers when the an enemy was near them so now they can not be damaged.
Also added water pumps sometimes they get KIA.

Does not work with water pumps that wasn't the problem so... but I can add it if you guys want.
