!NOTE! I am aware that the fur on the face is a little off, I closed the active photoshop editing process I had open and will be going back to fix that another day.

Installing is simple, drag the texture file straight to your data folder.
Make sure your INI changes have been done for textures, if you don't know what that is....
Download the zip from this blog post and replace your INI file with it's INI
