Makes all original paints provide a charisma bonus instead of any other.
Alternative:
Another version makes the original paints free on top of making them charismatic.
You can use it alongside my following other mods:
Power Armor - Overmodded Edition (PAOE)
OR
Power Armor Materials AND Paints (PAMAP)
Power Armor Helmetless Paint's Effect (PAHPE)
Hermetic Power Armor (HPA)
Not much else to say.
