Modify flight helmets, gas masks, goggles, hazmat suit to equip Recon, VATS Matrix overlay, or targeting HUD at any armor workstation. Requires Science! Lvl 2 for VATS Overlay and Recon, and Lvl 3 for Targeting HUD.
Mod the Following: Yellow Flight Helmet Red Flight Helmet Wraparound Goggles Assault Gas Mask Welding Goggles Road Goggles Hazmat Suit Brown Flight Helmet Welding Helmet Medical Goggles Gas Mask with Goggles Synth Field Helmet
Install: unzip and place HighTechGoggles.esp in Data directory of Fallout 4 folder.
