Start in diamond city inside Home Plate !
A level 1 save character (male or female) with home plate purchased.
Only the inside of vault 111 is looted, diamond city and vault 111 are the only location discovered on the map and the dialogue at the entrance of Diamond City is done.
All stats are set to 4 by default, to adjust to your preference open the console and type showspecialmenu, your name can be also changed in the same menu, by default it's Nate/Nora.
And don't forget the Mega Surgery Center for others adjustement.
Installation:
Place the .FOS Save File inside your Fallout 4 Save Game Directory (C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves)
