Installer with options for to change many perks. Completely customizable.

Every single perk is a separate option, you can change just one thing if you like.

Use Nexus Mod Manager. It will give you a pretty installer instead of loose files.

Idiot Savant: Better with higher luck. Third rank actually results in an average xp gain, unlike vanilla. Available with 1 luck.

Nerd Rage:
Changes the health nerd rage triggers at.
Options: 30/40/50

Strong Back: Adds carry weight bonus to all 4 ranks of Strong Back.
Options: 25/25/25/25=100, 40/40/40/40=160, 100/100/100/100=400, 25/50/75/100=250 or 40/80/120/160=400

Gun Fu: Second rank merged with first, since it's not even better. Second rank triggers crits at 3 targets, third at 2.

Toughness: Changes Toughness to scale, 10/15/20/25/30 = 100. Not overpowered with how armor works and the levels required.

Refractor: Changes Refractor to scale, 10/15/20/25/30 = 100. Not overpowered with how armor works and the levels required.


Sniper: Second and third ranks also increase stability. At rank 3 there is no sway at all.
Options: Regular or no level requirements.

Ghoulish: ~Doubles the healing from incoming rads (100/200/400%) and you heal rads every second.
Options: .1/.1/.2 =.4 Rads per second, .5/.5/.5/=2 Rads per second, 1/1/2=4 Rads per second

Local Leader: No SPECIAL requirement.

Cannibal: You can eat any dead corpse, including robots (yummy). Heals 30%/40%/50% instead of a flat 25/25/50. Gives 2/3/4 STR, AGI, and END for 5 min. Has no SPECIAL requirement.

Life Giver:
Adds healing per second to all three ranks.
Options: .1%/.2%/.4% or .3%/.6%/1%  Vanilla is 0/0/.5%

Weapon type perks:

These changes will keep you from getting locked into using one type of weapon.


Gunslinger: Now has 10 ranks every 10 levels and grants a
damage bonus to more than just pistols. This keeps your damage scaling with NPC health into late game. Replaces original perk.
Options: All weapons or all guns (energy too). 10, 15, or 20% per rank.


Commando: Each rank grants reduced spread while hipfiring and 10% increased range on all weapons. Replaces original perk.
Options: Regular or no level requirements, and 5% or 10% less TOTAL weapon spread per rank.

Rifleman(now Keen Eye): Each rank grants 8% armor penetration per rank on all weapons. Replaces original perk.
Options: Regular or no level requirements.

Iron Fist: Grants ballistic and energy resistance while wielding melee weapons. Replaces original perk.
Options: 40/80/120/160/200, 75/150/225/300/375, or 125/250/375/500/625

Big Leagues: Each rank gives an 8% chance to stagger on melee and unarmed.Replaces original perk.
Options: Regular or no level requirements.

Troubleshooting:

If you already have these perks, you will probably have to remove and re-add them.
You need to remove ALL ranks and re-add for many of these perks like to work.

Advanced Details:

-Rifleman: I believe the armor pen applies to energy weapons as well, but I have not tested it.



-Idiot Savant: Each point of luck gives 1% chance. Last rank effect changed to 7x xp. This is because the vanilla effect that granted 3x from kills actually resulted in an average xp loss, since it stops the 5x.

-Shotguns are not affected by the reduced weapon spread of commando or steady aim. This is intentional, and just like vanilla.

-Reduced weapon spread when hipfiring is actually much stronger then the values given, as at around 70% less spread or so it is nearly equivalent to aiming down the sights. Commando and Steady Aim stack.
