This mod amplifies the sound of equipping or picking up a firearm or mine. The volume will be about the same as when you insert holotape into Pip-Boy.
I had been playing for a long time and found the collecting a bit tedious, and after much deliberation I realized something. I thought there needed to be more of a sense of accomplishment in the sound of retrieving the firearms in the box. I also increased the sound of switching equipment. The result was an immersive experience of owning my favorite tool, and I wanted to share it with you. It's a simple file that hardly interferes with the game's programming, so please give it a try : )
