Adds Max Rockatansky(Mad Max) as a follower at Vault 111 entrance

Extract the files in the Fallout 4 directory, so that the txt file are in the folder with Fallout4.exe and the esp is in the Data folder.

When in game, go to Max at the Vault 111 entrance and click on him in console then type:

"bat madfollow"   (be sure to spell it right)

NOTE: NMM does not install correctly, if you install with NMM you will still have to move the madfollow.txt from the Data folder to the Fallout 4 folder.
