INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to your: documents\My Games\Fallout4
2. Open FallOut4.ini
3. Find the line: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
4. Change it to: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
5. Copy the Texture folder in .RAR file in your /fallout4/data folder
(instructions copied from (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/423/?) He said it plainly and to the point. Didn't see a point in me reiterating.
