The templars where created after the fall of the wold. And end of the great war. They where founded by a man called Justin Churjard.
They swore an oath to protect the people from raiderz and mutants. Slay the creatures of the great war. 
Years have past for the templars. And they where forgotten. But now you can take up there legacy. And restart the great Oath.
