This simple mod reduces damage bonuses from following perks: Gunslinger, Rifleman, Commando, Heavy Gunner from 20-100% down to 10-60%.
It also changes Demolition Expert perk so it only affects grenades and mines, but not missiles or mini-nukes.

NOTE: this mod is recommended to be used along with other mods that change weapon damages, difficulty damage multipliers and/or NPC health/resistance leveling. It may not work good with your mod/difficulty setup!
This simple mod reduces damage bonuses from following perks: Gunslinger, Rifleman, Commando, Heavy Gunner. It also changes Demolition Expert perk so it only affects grenades and mines, but not missiles or mini-nukes. Big Leagues wasn't changed, because it is more or less logical to inflict more damage with melee weapons based on person's skill.
All other effects not mentioned on this page were not changed.
Original and changed bonuses for each perk level (Gunslinger, Rifleman, Commando, Heavy Gunner): 1. 20% - 10% 2. 40% - 20% 3. 60% - 30% 4. 80% - 40% 5. 100% - 60%
This way you still get pretty decent bonus at the last level, but early levels will not feel as potent.
Demolition Expert now doesn't give you any damage bonus for Fat Man or Missile Launcher. Bonus for normal explosives were nerfed just a little: 1. 25% - 20% 2. 50% - 40% 3. 75% - 60% 4. 100% - 80%
Gunslinger range bonuses were reduced from 25% (lv2) and 50% (lv3) to 15% (lv2) and 30% (lv3).
Such change is useful along with realism oriented mods, such as Realistic Headshots, Weapon Rebalances, etc. You can have decently powerful weapons from the beginning without risking the game to become too easy as you progress your perks.
