Adds lining, ballistic weave, and legendary slots to all clothing.

This mod makes it so that all clothing can accept lining, ballistic weave, and legendary modifications.
You will need to use the console or Legendary Modification to actually put legendary mods on them.
How does this differ from other mods that sound similar? Not by much. This is very similar to Legendary Clothes with the Armorsmith Extended compatibility patch. Unlike those however, I do not allow a bunch of other mods on clothing's lining slot, and I do not allow armor on clothing that didn't already allow it. If you want that, please download those two mods. They're great; they're simply not what I wanted.
Additionally, I covered the playable super mutant armor that Strong can wear. So if you care, my mod allows you to add stuff to those.
Installation:
Unzip the file and shove it into your Data folder (likely located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data). If you don't have the beta patch, make sure your My Games\Fallout 4\FalloutPrefs.ini file has the line bEnableFileSelection=1 added at the bottom under Launcher. If you do have the beta patch, you'll have to manually add this to your C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Fallout4\plugins.txt file and then set it as ReadOnly.
