This mod was made to fulfill a request back before any DLC was released, it was only made for the base game, and even at that might be missing NPCs. It's not planned to be updated and can also conflict with other mods. I would honestly suggest using alternatives if possible. (I haven't looked into alternative options at this time to suggest one)
