Super simple mod requested by Arct1c0n



I sped up the animation of the windmill generator to roughly x8 the vanilla speed.
These were already dead slow so 8x isn't all that much but for me it was a much more bearable speed.

I will add other speed variations shortly.

Installation:
1. Extract the Data folder from this zip file and merge it directly with your Fallout 4 Data folder.
2. Add "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" under [Archive] to your ...\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini
3. Then set your "sResourceDataDirsFinal=Strings\, etc etc etc" to just simply: "sResourceDataDirsFinal="
4. Set the file to read-Only
