This is a settlement using the Castle settlement area.

Had a lot of requests to make a Castle settlement, so here goes nothing!

As with Sanctuary City, I have spent quite a bit of time making this. This settlement is very big; you will lag quite a bit if your PC can't play the game on Ultra.

The Character in this save is a level 57 or so with 100 Charisma (so that you can get a ton of settlers for your new city!) and has all the perks unlocked. Her name is Sage and I play as a Sniper so she's got a beastly
modded Sniper Rifle and a couple other decent weapons. The only quests completed are the quests needed to unlock all of the settlements (Except Diamond City), which includes the battle for the Castle and Old Guns (for obvious reasons :P)

This has Sanctuary City in it, as well as a bonus Taffington Boathouse shell (no furnishings) that I will complete at a later date.

I will be making a level 1 Character version of this save due to a ton of requests, which I will upload soon.

To use this file, drag the save into C:\Users\...\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves.
