If you think that even the youngest looking skin for males is a bit too grizzled and you want your sole survivor to look a little fresher and a lot hotter, then this might be the mod for you.
It replaces the "smooth" complexion option in character creation or number 01 for nose, mouth, and eyes e.g "Chiseled 01" for the nose
This mod replaces the both the diffuse and the normal map for youngmalehead_*.dds
Unpack the download into your Fallout folder or use NMM link
The save file in the optional section is of the dark-haired guy in the pics who was my first sole survivor.
