My second mod and attempt to increase the amount of components that can be acquired from vendors without making things cheaty. The last mod attempted to change the amount of components given by shipments. This mod instead sets it so that vendors will have more shipments to sell.

Much like the Shipment Sizes mod the mod comes in three flavors, 2x (the default), 3x, and 4x.
