- Extract the archive (with 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/ ) into the fallout 'Data' directory (by default, C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Common\Fallout 4\Data )
- Edit Fallout4.ini (by default, %USERPROFILE\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini ) and make sure that the 'sResourceDataDirsFinal' has at least the following (can have more from other mods): sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, SOUND\
