replaces the animated loop of main menu with a still image (see pic)

As title states, replaces the main menu background loop.
And no, i doubt it would speed up startup.
I dont see this as an improvement over the default bg, but i like it, so here it is.
How to install;
1. Find directory; Fallout 4\Data\Video
2. Extract Main_Menu_Background_Replacer.zip and copy-pasta file
3. If you dont wanna overwrite or want a backup, rename or just copy original to somewhere
Recommended Resolution; 1920x1080
Want different color? You may change hue.
