As the title says, replaces the menu music with "Its All Over But The Crying" by The Ink Spots.
Installation:
Copy the "Data" folder into your "Fallout 4" main directory.
Enable Manual Modding:
In your Documents -> My Games -> Fallout 4
Open "Fallout4.ini" and change " sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, "
to "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\"
