About this mod

Removes Perk level requirements, however each new rank requires further S.P.E.C.I.A.L investment to unlock.

Permissions and credits
This mod is an option for those who hate the Perk level requirements, but felt it too cheap/easy to not include any further penalties.
It aims to create incentive to specialize your character's S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats in order to unlock higher ranks for Perks.

For example, without the mod Idiot Savant requires 5 Luck to unlock, then level 11 and 34 to unlock ranks two and three.
With this mod, Ranks 2 and 3 of Idiot Savant require 6 and 7 Luck to unlock respectively, with no level requirement.
Essentially, you're rewarded for S.P.E.C.I.A.Lizing as opposed to merely having the patience to reach high levels to unlock higher Perk ranks.

Version 1.1
Increases the requirements for weapon damage Perks. For Rifleman, Commando and Big Leagues you now require 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 in the main attribute in order to unlock their respective ranks.
Gunslinger and Iron Fist are 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9. Heavy Gunner is unchanged.
Mod Title has also been changed to better reflect the mod's intent, as "Improved" is a vague, subjective term and far less punny.

Version 1.2
Fixed game-breaking bug that would crash game when using crafting stations. Sorry for the inconvenience folks!
Edit: Seems that there's a few more things I have to tweak before it's bug-free, please hold off downloading until version 1.3.

Version 1.3
The previously mentioned broken perks should now work.

Version 1.4
Re-fixed Sneak becoming Strength Training. I swear this game hates me.

Note that this mod is best used with a fresh playthrough, as any Perk ranks you have already unlocked will remain so, even if you do not possess the requirements after installing this mod. Always remember to keep backups of your saves.

Please let me know of any issues, bugs, criticisms, ideas or requests. This mod is an early concept and may go through the process of further refinement.
