After 200 years, Some Trees Grow Leaves. Seriously, 200 years have passed, there should be some trees that have grown leaves.

After the bombs dropped all the nice and beautiful trees... DIED.
But now, about 200 years later, the trees are back and though there are some that never recovered, there are also a lot that have.
Just paste the downloaded files to Fallout 4\Data\ folder after extraction.
Change Fallout4.ini (located in the same folder that your saves folder is in)

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, textures\, meshes\, scripts\, sound\, music\, misc\, shadersfx\, interface\, programs\, materials\
