This is just my own personal version of the Power Armor Frame that can be seen in the screenshots of my armor skins.
A mix of matte black and highly polished steel components.
Known Issues: Due to something the game does which I cannot find a solution to, the specular file changes when you exit the frame. While wearing it, it looks as I intended, but when not being worn, the shinyness/matte levels will change. I've compromised as best I can with the diffuse so the difference is negliable. This issue is now fixed! Please uninstall and redownload v1.1. Fixed by examuss
