Description
Some people like the immersion of not seeing the enemy blips or the location markers on the compass.
This mod changes game settings only, so it's compatible with HUD/UI mods
Installation
Choose which file to install depending what stuff you want to remove:
(Only install one file)
Technical
This mod just edits Game Setting (GMST) records and sets them to 0.000000. For no locations it's fHUDCompassLocationMaxDist and for no enemies it's fPerceptionCompassBase and fPerceptionCompassMult.
If you're still seeing either enemies or locations on the compass that you didn't want, first check you installed the right plugin.
Next, use the console to check if my edits are being seen by the game, i.e. the settings are 0.000000
For no locations (vanilla value is 20000.000000) type this:
GetGS fHUDCompassLocationMaxDist
For no enemies (vanilla values are 1576.000000 and 256.000000) type these:
GetGS fPerceptionCompassBase
GetGS fPerceptionCompassMult
If the commands return anything other than 0.000000 then it's possible another mod is overriding mine, try moving my plugin as close to the end of your load order as possible and check you haven't left anything set by sStartingConsoleCommand that you've forgotten about.

I know there's another mod on the Nexus that does the same thing but it's been made with FalloutSnip (Boooo!), so I made my own with FO4Edit.
