Introduces the ability to add ballistic weave mods to your vault suits.

I wanted to wear my vault suit until the end, but I also wanted to get the armor from Ballistic Weave mods. I'm punching people in a non sneaky way and can use the extra defense while keeping my good looks.
It's not possible to add ballistic weave onto the vault suits until after you unlock the ability in the relative quest(s).
If there is enough interest I'll work towards adding versions that replace the default Lining mods instead of adding weave on top. (Energy defense so OP) Aswell as try to make a version that doesn't require doing railroad quests.
This mod should affect all obtainable vault suits in the game even Vault 101's should you decide to add it through the console.
