Adds the punnisher costume to the game. This costume is STAND ALONE and does not REPLACE !
How? Type in the console command help punnisher 0 and find the code. Type player.additem (code).
This will change later on !! i will add new enemies that would drop this costume ingame !
Based on the punnisher character of MARVEL COMICS
