There is a simple trick which allows you to build your settlement as much as you wish without installing any mods!

I didn't know how else to share this information with people, so I decided to write this post.
There's no mods here, just information (and my savegame).
Something that other people figured out and I just sharing it with you guys.
Forget all the mods for unlimited settlements.
There is a simple in-game trick which will allow you to build as much as you wish without installing anything.

Also, at some point you'll use all the available building material that game gives you. But, if you still want to build more, only safe option is to simply press "~" key on your keyboard and type "tgm" and press enter and "~" again to close console commands. That is God mod which will allow you to get unlimited building material. When you finish with building just do the same thing again to deactivate god mod.
I'm sharing here my savegame if you wish to check out my settlement (and you can modify and build much more). Only one mission finished though - so you can basically start the game with this savegame because I wanted to build settlement first and then start the game.
