The save file is at the beginning of the game.
Good news! There is now a Save Face Ripper application! So you can take this beautiful face and transfer it without starting a new game!
(Note: Some times Makeup or Skin color don't transfer. But you can easily correct that in the console in-game.)
Unzip save file in either "My Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves" or "Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves".
