Adds rings to your game specifically for settlers that massively increases their HP and gives them some added damage resistance.

So your settlement gets attacked, and you head right on over to help defend it. You get there, and the fight starts up with earnest. As you're plugging away at the raiders/super mutants/Deathclaw/whatever it was that decided they didn't like having your settlers around, you start to notice that your settlers are going down rather quickly. The good thing is that they're essential, so they don't die permanently, but it is probably rather depressing to see. Add in the fact that if you're using explosive weapons, you can end up killing your own settlers, this can end up being costly in time and settlers as well.

This mod aims to change that. What it does is adds in craftable rings that give your settlers a HUGE bonus in HP and a small amount of damage resistance. The rings come in 4 tiers, each one significantly better than the last. The first ring gives whoever it's equipped to 25 added damage and energy resistance, along with 250 added HP. The second doubles that effect to 500 hp and 50 damage and energy resistance. The third gives 750 hp and 75 damage and energy resistance, and the fourth gives a massive 1000 hp and 100 damage and energy resistance.

The recipe is located in the Chemistry Station. It's called Settler Rings, and should be either at, or near the top depending on what other mods you have installed. These rings are very cheap to make, however the required components are very varied, and each tier of rings requires higher level perks than the last. Type 1 requires Armorer 1 and Science 1, and 1 of each component. Type 2 requires Armorer 2, and Science 2, and 2 of each component, and so on and so forth.
Also there are now added recipes that allow you to recycle old rings and make new ones. All you need is two of one of them to make the next level one!

So this may seem all fine and dandy, but what's to keep the player from using these rings and becoming stupidly OP? Very simply, they have an insanely high carry weight, to the point where it's not worth it for the player to use them.

Compatibility and Requirements

Since this mod does not alter any existing records, and simply adds them, it should be compatible with any other mods, and only requires the base game to work.
