About this mod
both my male and female vaultsuit re-textures in one handy zip
- Permissions and credits
Black and red Vault suit v1.2 Full
now with custom Normal and specular maps and 1st person textures and normals.
to install just unzip the archive into your fallout folder overwriting any existing files
if you have not done so already you need to change a line in your ini file
(Documents\my games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini)
search for the line that reads sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
and change it to
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\, VIDEO\
(that should pretty much cover any mod you install.)
for the texture to show up you need to have a Vault 111 jumpsuit (the original dirty suit you get when you start the game not the vaultsuit 111-new)
if you don't have a vault suit you can bring up the console and type.
player.additem 1EED7 1
that will put one into your inventory

V1.2: adds custom normal and specular maps and 1st person view now has a higher res texture
and now works with the standard vaultsuit (dirty) instead of the new vaultsuit (clean)
(the reason I had to redo this is that 1st person view uses the dirty
texture so my initial retexture required both the clean (for 3rd person)
and dirty (for 1st) it was causing me all types of problems with the normal maps.
(if you downloaded the previous version overwrite any files if asked, once in game you will have to remove any vaultsuit (to remove confusion) from your inventory and add a vaultsuit with the console
