Commonwealth Reworked is a project that changes how creature is spawned handled and the effect and values of items.

This mod adds and changes the spawn behavior and item effects and values and focus on lore friendly and realistic spawn and item use.

For now it changes the Bloatfly and Bloodbug and chems.

Creatures
All the creatures have rewritten values and it does not vary that much within a species. Instead all the creatures have its advantage, meaning that they might be easy to kill but when jumped by them your in danger. The level spawn is also changed all the creatures are able to be spawned from the beginning but they are scaled with the player so don't scream.

Chems
The majority change is the lore friendly adjustment of the addiction rate. Using fallout 1 and 2 values as a reference point. Some minor changes have been done to many of the items for example; the Stimpack heal slower, RadAway removes radiation slower, Jet adds +1 Perception for 5min and the Addictol does not cure addictions it only levels them out (it need testing tho).
