Wonder Body Conversion of Waster Armor by jmenaru.
UPDATE 10/2019: remade with cleavage preset. That does mean you can't wear the red shirt standalone, it'd clip through.
The shirt might might have some clipping for Vanilla/EVB bodies. For a pure vanilla conversion, Brammcnasty did a great conversion here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34369
Made this in Outfit Studio for myself.
Install the meshes over the official mod.
