UK and Scotland- Themed replacers for a couple of the T-60s paint schemes

Introduction
As the title implies, this mod replaces some of the less popular paint jobs for the T-60 Power Armor. At some point after the CK is released, these will be made standalone.

The mod will conflict with any other mods which modify the Pink and Atom Cats paint jobs for the T-60, but otherwise there should be no issues

- Dark Grey/Black UK Flag Power Armor (Replaces Pink Paint)
- Light/Dark Grey Scotland Flag Power Armor (Replaces Atom Cats Paint)
Possible Future Updates
- Standalone version, non-replacing
- Other Flags: England, Wales, and Northern Ireland
- Different coloured variants of each of the above
- Textures for the X-01, T-45, T-51 Power Armors
- (Possible) UK Flag variants of the Combat Armor and Synth Armor
