This mod is super old, there are better mods out there for this. I'm not maintaining it, if anyone else wants to update this for some reason feel free.
This mod lets you build virtually anywhere at the chosen settlement. There is no height, width, or length limitations. Green border ring? Thing of the past. Just ignore it.
Known Issues: -Green ring is still visible. However you can only open the workshop UI from within the ring so it's sort of useful. I'm not going to bother attempting to "fix" this as it's useful to know where the default area is.
-You can scrap almost anything, DON'T SCRAP THINGS YOU MIGHT NEED LATER. LIKE DOORS. DON'T DO THAT.
-If you build *extremely* high up, and I mean almost can't see the ground at all high up, the game starts to bug out and you can fall through static objects. Nothing I can do about this.
-If you keep power armor at settlements expanded by this mod there is a risk that they will reset and you will lose any modifications you have made. This seems to be an engine error and I don't think there is anything I can do about it. I will see if there's any way I can fix this but probably have to wait for Bethesda. I personally have not run into this but others have. So like all modding, install at your own risk.
Made entirely with FO4Edit.
